What should have been done in 30 days took 60 days, no fault of Mishanne. We needed the property to be HUD approved and my real estate agency was not helpful so I worked directly with Mishanne. It took from October 2012 until signing final papers in May 2013. She was on her game sending me constant up dated homes for sale, comps in the area. Even stayed with the men that did the sewer lateral work that had to be done before the purchase.
